How does a group application work?

Applicants can submit one application for up to 15 members in a group on the Ethiopian Immigration Services website. The entire application procedure takes no longer than 30 minutes. Please click "Apply Visa" on our website and complete the required fields in the online application form.

You can select a group of applicants based on the number of travelers in the "number of visas" section. This number can not exceed 15 applicants. Please select the type of visa you want to apply for in Step 1 and choose the processing time. It's also crucial to keep in mind that applicants in this group can only apply for one kind of visa.

After that, you must provide personal information about each applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, and passport number). Additionally, you should be careful that the information on the application form is accurate because providing inaccurate information could cause processing to take longer. Any changes made after the visa application has been submitted to the Government will be considered a new application.

The most significant benefit of group applications is that candidates need to pay the visa cost once. However, each applicant is required to submit supporting documents on their own.
